These terms apply to equipment purchases from GroDrones through this store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and return policies linked below.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Orders are subject to product availability. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item, including any related shipping charge. If we discover a pricing or listing error that affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can be changed or stopped before shipment. If it has already shipped, our return policy applies.

Product information and use

The product listing identifies the model, package contents and included coverage. Accessories or protection plans are included only when stated in the listing. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's terms; contact GroDrones for help with a product or warranty issue.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
