Basic service covers deep cleaning, parts inspection, firmware updates and calibration, with a maintenance report documenting the work.
This service helps assess aircraft condition and keep routine maintenance records. Repair of damage outside the maintenance scope is assessed separately by DJI.

Compatibility and setup
Submit a DJI maintenance application and send the eligible aircraft to a DJI service center according to the service instructions. Confirm the applicable service region and activation-code validity before arranging shipment.
DJI excludes unauthorized disassembly, modification and water damage from this maintenance program. Repairs outside the maintenance scope require a separate assessment and customer approval. Basic service does not include the scheduled worn-part or core-component replacement services of the higher maintenance tiers.
