Overview
Use RS3 as a rover to measure site features or as a base to supply corrections to compatible equipment. Built-in LTE and Wi-Fi give you network options, while LoRa provides a local base-to-rover link. RINEX logging supports post-processing when your workflow calls for it.
Measure beside obstacles
IMU tilt compensation lets you reach points beside walls and other obstructions without keeping the pole perfectly upright.
Choose your correction source
Connect to NTRIP or an appropriate radio base. The UHF receiver can accept compatible TRIMTALK 450S corrections.
Support the aerial survey
Measure ground-control and check points. For compatible DJI RTK workflows, Emlid documents NTRIP integration through the aircraft controller.

What’s included
Included items and compatible accessories.
What’s included?
- Reach RS3 receiver × 1
- Carrying case with strap × 1
- LoRa radio antenna × 1
- USB Type-C cable × 1
Choose a survey pole or tripod for your setup, and provide a compatible phone or tablet and a 5 V / 3 A USB power source. The UHF antenna is sold separately. Cellular and correction-network service may require separate plans.
Compatibility and setup
Use Emlid Flow on a compatible iOS or Android device. A rover needs a correction source, such as a local base or supported NTRIP service. DJI integration uses a configured NTRIP connection through a compatible RTK aircraft/controller; this is not direct DJI radio pairing. Match radio frequencies, correction formats and firmware when pairing receivers.
The basic Emlid Flow app is available without a paid software plan. Correction-network access and advanced software features may require separate service subscriptions.

RTK precision requires suitable satellite reception and valid corrections. Obstructions, multipath, correction quality and baseline distance affect results. Tilt adds the stated error term to RTK accuracy. Rated endurance varies with radio use, temperature and operating configuration. Follow Emlid’s care instructions for the receiver’s ingress-protection rating.
