Overview
Pair RX2 with a compatible phone or tablet and a network correction source. Tilt compensation helps measure beside walls and on slopes, while Bluetooth connects the receiver to Emlid Flow and supported GIS applications. Its compact form suits crews that need to move quickly between points.
Travel light
A pocket-size receiver and internal battery keep the field setup compact. A pole and mobile device complete the survey workflow.
Use network corrections
RX2 receives NTRIP corrections through your connected mobile device. Check mobile coverage and correction-service coverage for the job site.
Choose the right role
RX2 is a rover only. It does not replace an RTK base, offer LoRa/UHF radio corrections or record RINEX observations.

Survey pole, phone or tablet, carrying case, scanning handle, USB power adapter and paid software licenses are sold separately.
Compatibility and setup
Use Emlid Flow on a compatible iOS or Android device with an internet connection and a supported NTRIP correction source. Emlid lists ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123 and QField among supported GIS workflows; each application has its own requirements and licensing. RX2 supports ground measurements for a drone survey, rather than serving as an aircraft RTK base.
The basic Emlid Flow app is available without a paid software plan. Correction-network access and advanced software features may require separate service subscriptions.

RTK precision requires suitable satellite reception and valid corrections. Obstructions, multipath, correction quality and baseline distance affect results. Tilt adds the stated error term to RTK accuracy. Rated endurance varies with radio use, temperature and operating configuration. Follow Emlid’s care instructions for the receiver’s ingress-protection rating.
